Informing an academic department, advisor, or instructor does not constitute an official drop of听a course or withdrawal from the University. Students who intend to withdraw must notify the Office of the Registrar.听Applicable clerical, cancellation and/or re-registration fees may apply.

Housing, Meals and University Fees
The Wellness Center, ASuop, Activity and Recreation fees, as well as class and lab fees are non-refundable after the last day to add.听The Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) is not refundable after 30 days from the start of the term and is not refundable if a claim has been filed.
Housing and meal plan charges are refunded on a prorated basis as determined by the Residential Life & Housing Office. Approved refunds are based upon per diem charges (daily charges)听and the actual听checkout date. Financial Aid and Refunds
If the withdrawing student is a financial aid recipient, the student鈥檚 financial aid award听will be adjusted according to federal and state regulations and University policy.听Students may be eligible for a refund if they drop below full-time enrollment or official withdrawal from the University results in an account credit.
Student Accounts will not provide a refund to a withdrawn student who is a financial aid recipient for 45 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal from 91成人导航.听This time is necessary to ensure that all appropriate account adjustments have been made.
