91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ community members shall be able to pursue their interests in a safe and respectful environment free from any form of sexual misconduct. The University will not tolerate such acts against its members, will investigate known incidents of alleged sexual misconduct, take immediate action to stop the behavior, prevent its reoccurrence, and address its effects.  Violations of the Title IX Policy are forms of sexual harassment, which constitute prohibited sex-based discrimination, under Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and other public laws and their associated regulations. 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½ addresses sexual misconduct violations through the process outlined in 91³ÉÈ˵¼º½'s Title IX Policy.
