Returning to Maui, the Island Dental Colloquium offers 20 units of CE and features quality speakers on varied topics: One Pill Good, Two Pills Better? How and Why Our Dental Patients Self-Medicate in a Post-Pandemic World presented by Thomas Viola, RPh, CCP; Managing Restorative Challenges with Adjunctive Orthodontic Treatment by Arun B. Sharma, BDS, MSc; and Periodontal and Peri-implant Tissue Phenotype: Current Concepts and Future Directions by Guo-Hao (Alex) Lin, DDS, MS.

Dr. Priyanshi Ritwik will speak on the topics of Treating Dental Trauma to Achieve Predictable Results; Pulp Therapy for Primary Teeth; and Aesthetic Solutions for Primary Teeth. This annual program, honoring Dr. Charles A. Sweet, Sr., the 鈥渇ather of pedodontics,鈥 is specifically geared to pediatric dentists but is open to general practitioners and the entire dental team. Participants will earn 6 CE units and will have the opportunity to connect with colleagues during breakfast and lunch.
This annual travel program in Monterey offers 14 units of CE and features three expert speakers. Presentations include: 7 Habits for Highly Successful Implant Restorations by Chandur Wadhwani, DDS, MSD; The Practice of Surgical Pathology Relating to Oral Care: Past, Present and Future by Austin Davies, DDS, MS, and Medical Implications in Dentistry: How Aging, Pharmacology and Head and Neck Radiation Treatment Affect Oral Health by Paul Subar, DDS, EdD.
