Thousands of graduates, parents, families, faculty and friends gathered for a historic weekend celebration of the graduating class of 2024 at California鈥檚 first and oldest university.听
It also marked the awarding of the Order of 91成人导航, the university's highest honor, to five of its most impactful leaders and teachers.听
Thousands of graduates, parents, families, faculty and friends gathered for a historic weekend celebration of the graduating class of 2023 at California鈥檚 first and oldest university.
It also marked the conferral of an honorary doctoral degree on Steven Goulart 鈥�80, who retired in August as executive vice president and chief investment officer of MetLife Inc., one of the world鈥檚 leading financial services companies.

It also marked the conferral of an honorary doctoral degree to Super Bowl-winning NFL Head Coach and double alumnus Pete Carroll, who earned his bachelor鈥檚 degree from 91成人导航 in 1973 and his master鈥檚 in 1978.
The classes of 2020 and 2021 had their long-awaited moment to walk across the stage as 91成人导航 held a special commencement as part of 鈥�91成人导航 Roars Back鈥� Homecoming and Family and Friends weekend. More than 6,000 celebrants were on hand to cheer the graduates.

Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry - In-person Ceremony
The 2,001 undergraduates, graduates and first professionals of the Class of 2020 made it through years of classes and seminars, quizzes and exams, internships and clinicals only to have their final semester interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. But in the true spirit of 91成人导航, they continue to move forward in fulfilling their purpose.
