Jacie Touart
Jacie聽Touart, DMSC, PA-C,聽graduated from Duquesne University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in health sciences and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2002. She earned a Doctor of Medical Science degree with a concentration in PA education from Rocky Mountain University of Health Sciences in 2023. Her clinical practice focus is pain management. She continues to practice part-time as a provider and educator specializing in pain management. She began teaching as a clinical preceptor and transitioned to full-time PA education at 91成人导航 in 2016.
PA Touart is a member of the Pi Alpha Physician Assistant Honor Society. She serves local PAs as the Vice President of the Sacramento Physician Assistant Society, a local chapter of the state PA association. She has a special interest in advocating for patients in pain and has lectured on pain management topics locally. She has also presented posters nationally focusing on the need for a comprehensive pain management curriculum in PA education and tools to improve patient safety and outcomes for pain patients in Primary Care.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, music, and the outdoors. Being an avid foodie, she loves checking out the amazing food scene in Sacramento. She also loves hanging out with her dog and cat and exploring all the great areas and activities Sacramento has to offer.
